Responsibilities:
- Registration of new patients and collection of payments with accuracy and precision.
- Sorting / Checking of medical reports and ensuring reports are sent to all company’s clients promptly.
- Welcomes and greets all patients, agents, clients, or visitors in person or over the phone and responds to patients and visitor inquiries in a courteous & professional manner.
- Answers the company phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette.
- Always check and reply to company emails when necessary. Company-related WhatsApp messages are to be read & replied to promptly as and when necessary.
- Facilitates patient flow by working well with the team and having an in-depth understanding of every station within the operational flow.
- Performing duties such as taking blood pressure, height, and weight, checking visual acuity, conducting pregnancy urine tests, filling up forms and facilitating patient health declarations before getting them to sign off on those forms.
- Keeps medical office supplies adequately stocked by anticipating inventory needs, notifying the General Manager if inventory supply runs low, and monitoring equipment such as the blood pressure machine/weighing scale etc.
- Carry out cleaning duties of working areas within the company’s premises.
- Carry out efficiently and within the time given, the duties and responsibilities assigned to you, whether in writing or verbally, by the Operations Manager & General Manager.
- Ad-Hoc tasks that are given by the Managing Director.
