- Patient liaison and good patient interaction skills- education/ service excellence
- Provide frontline service and able to answer queries effectively.
- Patient Registration and prepare consultation document- photocopy & trace reports
- Appointment scheduling- Set follow-up appointments for patients and coordinate patient’s appointments.
- Appointment bookings/ faxing of request forms to various radiology departments
- Take charge of clinic inventory, purchasing and taking stock when necessary
- Perform cashiering duties (To be proficient in credit card terminal payment- training will be provided)
- Perform Medisave Claim (e-filing) for patients
- Assist in marketing efforts
- To write summary letters (Once staff is competent)
- Any other duties that is being assigned by the Supervisor
