Position: Accounts cum Admin Executive
Job Brief:
We are seeking for a detail-oriented and organised Accounting Assistant to support our financial team. The ideal candidate will assist with managing accounts payable and receivables, expense reports, processing reimbursements, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Job scopes:
- Perform monthly financial closing process
- Process financial transaction with accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements
- Manage AP & AR
- Filing of GST returns & corporate tax
- Prepare audit schedules and assist with audit queries
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Roles & Responsibilities
- To Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare monthly statement to customers
- Maintain the general ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, and operating expenses etc.
- Responsible to prepare a full set of monthly management reports for management review.
- Prepare tax invoices, delivery orders and monitor overdue accounts
- Monitor staff attendance via Info-Tech HR Management system
- Analyse financial performance against key business metrics
- Provide accounting and administrative support to the Singapore team
Requirements
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Competency in MS Excel and SQL accounting software
- Knowledge in Info-Tech HR Management System
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
