Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end logistics operations, including planning, booking, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners. Negotiate rates to secure the best terms for the company.
- Responsible for analysing logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings, while ensuring that data is handled in compliance with GDP.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations and documentation requirements. Work closely with customs brokers to facilitate smooth clearance of shipments.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and efficient handling of goods, including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays in the transport process. Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure seamless operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales teams, purchaser, operation teams & warehouse teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Work with Finance to verify invoices and facilitate payments to Logistics Service Providers.
- Arrange driver’s schedule for local pickup and delivery.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree holders
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a logistics role/supply chain setting.
- Knowledgeable in import and export procedures for Logistics Operation.
- Strong problem-solving skill and being able to work at start-up environment.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skilled in data analysis, task management and generating ideas.
- Possesses a positive attitude and a mindset focused on continuous improvement in an ever-changing industry.
- Possess minimum a Class 3 Driving Licence is a MUST.

- Mon-Fri (9am-6pm) and Sat shift rotates every 3 weeks (9am-1pm)
