Job Responsibilities:
- Assists to plan for new stores, renewals, relocations, expansions and closures.
- Manage and track existing lease renewals.
- Gather current markets’ F&B dining concepts trends that would be suitable for our expansion and have interior designers’ contacts for project collaboration.
- Process and follow up on all leasing documents such as update of leasing reports, schedules and to ensure its completion.
- Prepare and/or update weekly/monthly reports periodically for submission to Management.
- Ensure adherence to legal and operational compliance requirements.
- Conduct site visits or viewings to identify potential areas for expansion.
- Work with various landlords and property agents to secure new sites through tender or negotiation.
- Stay updated with the real estate developments in Singapore and to constantly lookout for potential and suitable sites for the brands.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in tenancy management / leasing or F&B Business development. Experience in F&B chains and public or private tendering processes would be added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications especially in PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to facilitate and orchestrate resources cross functionally to support business development activities.
- Highly motivated.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Possess in trend profiling and good location assessment sense skillsets will also be an added advantage.
