1. Able to start work immediately
2. Strong customer service and communication skills.
3. High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, handle full set of documents and follow up on Sea & Air shipments.
4. To ensure accurate and timely production of relevant export documentation and declarations (eg. HB/L, MBL, manifest, pre-alerts), customs declaration, Trade-net operations and billings.
5. Ensure timely shipping instruction & manifest to carrier.
6. Perform general shipping functions including system data entries.
7. Follow up coordinate/communicate shipment information with vendors like shipping lines, shipping agents, transportation companies and overseas agents.
8. Declaration and monitoring of import & export bookings.
9. Prepare invoices for all jobs.
10. Handle complaints and dispute from customers and/or shipping lines.
11. Perform ad-hoc duties/tasks as assigned by the Company.
12. Good organizational skills as this position requires working with multiple departments and following up with both local & overseas clients and prospects.
13. Any other duties to be assigned from time to time by management.
