Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Assistant with 3 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building content-marketing assets, managing media briefs and optimization, assisting in budget planning, and conducting ROI analysis. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build Content-Marketing Assets:
- Develop, create, and manage high-quality content for various marketing channels, including influencer content, social media, email campaigns, websites, and blogs.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce engaging and informative marketing materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
2. Media Brief and Optimization:
- Prepare comprehensive media briefs for advertising campaigns, ensuring clear communication of goals, target audience, and key messages.
- Monitor and analyze media performance to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Work with media agencies and vendors to ensure timely and efficient execution of media plans.
3. Assist Budget Planning:
- Support the marketing manager in developing and managing the marketing budget.
- Track and report on budget expenditures, ensuring all activities are within the allocated budget.
- Assist in financial forecasting and variance analysis.
4. ROI Analysis:
- Conduct detailed return on investment (ROI) analysis for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on ROI findings to improve future marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of content creation, media planning, and budget management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
