Job Scope:
- Support day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition function.
- Manage projects related to background checks, MCF posting, offer templates, and other operational tasks.
- Assist in global projects, focusing on APAC regions primarily, with potential coverage for EMEA or AMS regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of TA initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to TA operations.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Talent Acquisition (TA) operations.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition (TA), Talent Acquisition Operations (TAO), project management, and HR generalist functions.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to potentially improve processes; flexibility in adapting to changing priorities.
- Exposure to an international environment.
- Previous experience in project management roles, demonstrating ability to oversee and execute projects effectively.
