Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated members to join our team as an Associate to assist and manage restructuring, insolvency, litigation support and forensic engagements.
Job Description
- Financial analysis and writing skills, overseeing a portfolio of restructuring, insolvency, forensic and litigation support assignments
- Produce high-quality client written content and verbal updates and presentations
- Be part of a team that is involved in investigating affairs of complaints, analyzing causes of underperformance and business performance of corporate clients for the purposes of debt restructuring and restoring value for stakeholders
- Be part of a team that gathers expert evidence and advice in legal proceedings and forensic assignments, including fact finding financial and non-financial assessments
- Conduct fraud and other forensic investigations
- Incorporating the use of forensic technology as well as providing litigation support to lawyers in commercial disputes
- Monitor statutory requirements and deadlines
- Ability to coordinate several concurrent projects and tasks and manage competing demands
- Be prepared to work in a team environment and are expected to manage discrete aspects of work streams
Requirements
- A degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- Professionally qualified - CA/CFA/CPA/ACA/ACCA
- Preferably with at least two to three years relevant experience
- Good command of written and spoken English
