Responsibilities:
- Manage operations of various projects (Including 24-hour operation Projects)
- Needs to handle and take care of multiple projects
- Activate Standby personnel or stand in for the absence of personnel in the project
- Rostering for operations/ensuring KPI maintained on all the projects under their care
- Visit the project sites and ensure deliverables of the project specs (Islandwide)
- Monthly attendance report and work report preparation and submission with the client for the necessary approval
- Invoice preparation and submission to the client for the necessary payment processing
- Join the recruitment manager for the necessary project recruitment and interview arrangements.
- Collect feedback on the staff performance with the client
- Coordinate and arrange the needful logistics arrangement for the project.
- Planning and executing project budgets.
- Able to do hands-on work during the absence of the deployed project staff
- Motivating and supervising assigned staff.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Must possess a minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree.
- Must have more than 05 years of work experience in a lead supervisory role.
- Must have more than 03 years of big pool of manpower deployment handling
- Must be proficient in basic IT skills
- Able to do hands-on work (Physical work)
- Able to work on rotational shifts & weekends (Off Day in weekdays)
- Willing to Drive/Ride company provided vehicles
- Experience in project coordination is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
