Responsibilities:
Specialist in Learning and development
- Manage a full recruitment process of job-posting, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Coordinate and record of training activities, conduct staff orientation and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Arranging in-house mandatory training courses for relevant staff.
- Work with Management on the competencies required and gaps identified in the department for the training needs analysis based on current and future business requirements
- Update and maintain training records for ISO audit.
- Manage and monitor training budgets and grant schemes for learning programmes.
- Assist and facilitate the annual Performance Appraisal process to measure and promote good performance and career progression processes aligned with company policies
- Design new career pathways and development roadmaps in order to meet Perform any other duties or HR projects as assigned and requested by Management.
Requirement:
- Possess at least a Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
- At least 3 years’ HR experience in Learning & Development.
- Strong comprehension and communication skills, both written and spoken to interface with all levels of people internally and externally
- Have a positive mindset with openness to accept additional challenges and opportunities that comes along.
