We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing cum Recruitment Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, sales growth, sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our staffing needs. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and plays a crucial part in attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, etc.
- Create compelling content for marketing materials, including website, social media and blog posts.
- Manage social media accounts, engaging with followers and monitoring trends to optimize content and increase audience engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Recruitment
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
Requirement
