Contract Period: From 1 Aug 2024 to 31 Dec 2025 with an option to extend the contract for a further period of 1 year.
Working hours:
* Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
* Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
* Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services:
1) Maintaining general cleanliness of equipment and workplace
2) Providing logistical support for school events and activities including carrying and arranging of furniture and equipment
3) Covering duties of other OSOs in their absence
4) Locking and unlocking of classrooms/special rooms
5) Arming and disarming of school
6) Ad-hoc support when required
7) Any other duties assigned by school leaders / Operations Manager(s); and
8) Assist the administration of security procedures i.e. sign-in / out for visitors.
Qualification, Skill & Experience:
Applicant should preferably have completed primary school education
with some prior experience in cleaning, logistics or simple administrative
duties.
