Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Junior Executive to join our finance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to kick-start their career in accounting and finance. As an Accounts Receivable Junior Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in managing the accounts receivable function of our organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue invoices to customers.
- Follow up on overdue payments and outstanding invoices.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and collection issues.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Assist in the preparation of credit memos and adjustments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Malaysian citizenship or valid work permit.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship or part-time experience in accounting or finance.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero).
