Job Summary:

You’ll be tasked to assist various stakeholders in financial controlling of business unit and supporting business activities. Additionally, you will play a vital role in delivering all tasks in an efficient and timely manner while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and country legislations.
Responsibilities:
• Process settlements for various Treasury products, including but not limited to FX,
Money Markets and Bonds as according to regulatory requirements and the bank’s
internal policies.
• Perform daily payments related works such as performing inquiries, monitoring of
SWIFT/MEPS messages and reconciliation timely and accurately.
• Assist in Payments and Treasury related projects and testing.
• Assist in fixed deposit, loan operation and any other Operation related tasks when
needed.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution with 3 years of experience in
Payment/Treasury Operations.
• Strong understanding in SWIFT.
•Knowledge in DTCC reporting will have added advantage.
•Good interpersonal skills and willing to learn and work beyond.
•Attention to details and able to identify risks.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with local and China
Teams.
