You’ll be tasked to assist various stakeholders in financial controlling of business unit and supporting business activities. Additionally, you will play a vital role in delivering all tasks in an efficient and timely manner while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and country legislations.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with various stakeholders to implement and improve the system and
workflows for Loan Operation and Credit Admin Processes, especially on collateral
management.
•Perform daily operations on loan Operation, Credit Admin, account management and
domestic transfers.
•Draft and review Loan Ops and Credit Admin procedures and conduct trainings to the
Operation Team.
•Assist in other Operation related BAUs such as payments and treasury settlement when
needed.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution with 5 years of experience in Banking
and Loan Operations.
•Be familiar with Loan Operations and Credit Admin Processes.
• Knowledge in various Operation aspects like time deposits, dormant account, GIRO,
FAST/PayNow will have added advantage.
•Self-motivated and proactive team player with strong sense of ownership.
•Good analytical skills to solve issues and attention to details.
•Fluent in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with both local and
China Teams.
