Job Responsibilities:
- Manage/ensure smooth materials/logistic flow
- Organize and coordinate procurement activities for supplier, material and equipment
- Manage supplier delivery schedules and effectively establish and maintain delivery dates for proper inventory control
- Liaise with freight forwarder for overseas shipment
- Assist in resolving discrepancies with purchases or services, discusses defective or unacceptable goods/services with users, vendors, or inspectors to determine the source of the problem and the appropriate corrective action
- Match supplier invoice & delivery orders/service report against purchases orders
- Daily Carrying out Logistic administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents of all deliverables, Purchase Orders, Incoming and Outgoing Order Cycle , Requisition Forms documents
- Generating Monthly Logistics report i.e Stock Inventory, Shelf-Life, Temperature Control and Server Backup
- Apply workplace safety and health practices
- Performing functions i.a.w Company’s Quality standards - i.e EASA / AS9100 and other regulatory requirement
- Any other tasks or duties assigned by the Logistic Executive/ Procurement Manager
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum GCE ‘O” Level with 1-2 years of relevant experience
