- Posses knowledge on Z-GST process is a must
- Prepare and manage all relevants documentation for both Air & Sea freight shipments, including shipping instuction, custom documents, LOC and other necessary documents.
- Support day to day operations and fulfillments requirements within the stipulated time frame set with the clients.
- Support ad-hoc request from customers and provide customer support when necessary.
- Ensure daily, monthly reports are updated and provided to the client on a timely basis.
- Ensure Exceptional Reports are updated.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth phasing in of client’s operations, delivery of consistent and quality services.
- Act as a conduit to customers and local operations team to ensure all requirements and data integrity are met.
- Additional functions mandated by Management.
- To assist direct superior with any special projects assigned.
- Making sure that workplace safety rules & DSV Policy are being followed.
- Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed and updated.
To be successful in this role you will require the following:
- GCE ‘O’ Level with minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated warehousing and customer service experience
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- On-job training will be provided
- Meticulous, able to work independently and a team player
- Able to follow, perform and maintain a good and positive performance in both housekeeping and safety related task assign by the management
