We are seeking a talented and motivated Biotech Research Scientist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our cutting-edge research projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development in agricultural biotechnology, focusing on the development of biostimulants and other biological crop-enhancing products.
- Design and execute experiments to test the efficacy and safety of biotechnological solutions.
- Manage laboratory operations, including maintaining equipment, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Analyze research data, interpret results, and prepare detailed reports and scientific publications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including agronomists, data scientists, and product development teams.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in biotechnology and agriculture, and incorporate new techniques and methodologies into research projects.
- Present research findings to stakeholders, including management, partners, and funding agencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, Microbiology, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in R&D, preferably in agricultural biotechnology.
- Strong background in molecular biology, plant physiology, and microbiology.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and experimental design.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
