1) Able to Perform Leaderships and Training to AE team
2) Constructive Suggestions to Superiors with Solutions to Problems
3) Able to communicate with Staffs and leading with guidance to avoid misunderstanding throughout tender process
4) Responsible to All Tender Costing before presented to Superiors for Management meeting
5) Works pro-actively, well-co-ordinated in the Report and able to meet Superior's expectation
Skills and Qualifications
- Focusing at continuous improvement
- Attend and Responsive to All Tender submission and Tender Interview and Post Tender Addendums
- Performed due diligence works scope and responsibility
- Above 5 years with Experience in A & A works tender
- Ability to work with digital softwares (ie Cost X/ Glodon) would be ideal; and
- Meticulous, independent with good communicative skills; and a team player.
