Responsibilities:
- Setting realistic and clear expectations and KPIs, and circulating these expectations
- Developing a detailed project management plan
- Supervising, updating, and tracking progress of every phase of the entire project lifecycle
- Delegating responsibilities and coordinating with task owners
- Coaching and motivating through building strong professional relationships
- Conducting high-level productive meetings such as project status weekly standups and retrospective meetings
- Measuring and evaluating performances using appropriate and accurate systems, techniques, and tools
- Understand the use cases of technology products in the education industry. Be able to think and develop products from multiple dimensions such as development, application, customer experience, etc.
Requirements:
- Main scope: Development of software and applications (except games and cybersecurity).
- Project management experience using cases of technology products in the education industry
