· To engage in public relations, promotion of dialy sales etc. involving close interaction with leading players, associations, clubs & other corporate companies for carrying out promotional campaigns.
· To work with department heads or staff to discuss topics such as budgets, contracts, marketing plans, advertising activities, etc.
· Maintains the special events and campaign calendar.
· Arranges with vendors for gift premiums and creation of marketing tools.
To be flexible and willing to help the restaurant at busy times if required.
