Working Location: Airport Cargo
Working Hours:
Rotate off day either Saturday or Monday and fix Sunday
5days work week; Afternoon shift [3pm to 1230am] or Night shift [6pm to 330am]
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse on operation matters
- Process Shipping Document and execute AWBs
- Ensure accurate input of dimension, weight, rates, and other data into system
- Perform check and verification of compliance for DG and Temperature Control cargo
- Send pre-alerts to overseas destination
- Monitor consol cut-off and cargo lodge in time for urgent shipment
Requirements:
- Experience in Airfreight and Logistics industry, else Basic knowledge in Airfreight or Logistics and Supply Chain
- Knowledge of computer (e.g., Excel, Words, PowerPoint etc.)
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good communications and interpersonal skil
- No Experience Required
- Training Provided
