Job Scope:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of assigned projects
- Lead, mentor, and conduct regular training, ensuring team members have the necessary resources and training to excel in their roles.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions for increased efficiency and productivity
- Manage client and company's expectation to ensure profitability is the top priority with customer satisfaction
- Prepare and analyze reports
- Ensure timely Invoicing and collection of monthly billings for all assigned projects
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree
- Min 3 years of experience in operations management or a related role.
- Proven track record in managing projects and driving operational excellence.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
