To apply revenue management principles for revenue optimization for the hotel
Able to track and monitor all revenue sources and analyse in detail the key performance indicators in order to be able to make recommendations on rates and revenue opportunities.
To be able to provide the hotel with short term and long term strategic day markers based on events and any climate changes.
Able to prepare budgets & forecast accurately.
Good understanding of market benchmarking and rate parity indicators.
Skills
Must be Microsoft Excel proficient & have good understanding of other MS office applications
Strong working knowledge of CRS, PMS or distribution systems

Result Oriented & Analytical mind
Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in revenue related field
Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
Good communication, presentation and influencing skills
