Job Descriptions:
- Monthly, quarterly and yearly closing operations
- Preparation of financial statements, registration with ACRA
- Cost accounting performance analysis management
- Support of semi-annual physical inventory count
- Prospect plan creation, comparative analysis management
- Tax filing matters including income tax and GST
- Transfer pricing support
- Responding to accounting audits and tax audits
- Cash flow management (actual/planned)
- Ensure proper approval of payments, staff expenses claims and journal entries, etc.
- Support and supervision of team members, and operation of departments
- Design an accounting system of company
- Supervision of the accounting function of the ERP system(D365BC)
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or Finance
- At least 10 years of experience in accounting and finance operations, and preferably with experience in ERP system (D365BC) and manufacturing costing
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Able to roll up sleeves and dive into details with commitment to meet target and objectives
- Familiarity with Japanese corporate standards and practices is a bonus
