Responsibilities:
- Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and develop improvement strategies.
- Design and implement new processes, equipment, and systems to improve productivity and quality.
- Conduct process simulations and modeling to optimize process parameters and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including R&D, production, and quality assurance) to ensure seamless implementation of process improvements.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to process deviations and non-conformances.
- Support manufacturing operations through troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and environmental, health, and safety guidelines.
- Provide technical expertise and training to production personnel as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in process engineering
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Certification Six Sigma is a plus.
