Requirements:
- Candidates are required to be able to converse and translate fluently in Native Arabic and English
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt well under pressure
- Positive, proactive, independent, eager to learn and has a passion for the language
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
- Team player and readily adapts to new situations & way of working when required.
- Is receptive to changes and demonstrates willingness to adapt to them effectively

Role:
- To provide assistance and value-added service to Middle East and other Arabic speaking clients by handling enquiries and coordination of, appointments, admissions, emergencies and other services in relation.
- To provide verbal and written Arabic-English and English-Arabic translation services to clients and others in relation
- To chaperone clients to scheduled consultation / treatment appointments and other non-treatment related events
- To assist with clients visa matters
- To provide accurate and timely feedback and raise urgent issues to the attention of superiors for further actions
- To perform any other related ad hoc tasks assigned
