Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily HR operations and duties.
- Support recruitment by posting job ads and scheduling/coordinating interviews.
- Handle onboarding by preparing paperwork and logistics for new hires.
- Conduct orientations and update new staff records.
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
- Manage and support the team in daily operational tasks.
- Assist with tracking employees' monthly overtime and allowances.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Businesss or equivalents.
- Minimum 1 years if working experience.
- Experienced with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
