This is a permanent role that requires you to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to support the Sales team with the entire end-to-end client onboarding process. Broadly, the role includes performing client due diligence, obtaining and verifying client documentation, name screenings, client profiling and client risk assessments.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
· Taking ownership to follow through on new account opening requests and conduct periodic client account review
· Coordinating closely with various departments, including Sales, Risk, Compliance, Technology and Operations to ensure completeness of the client onboarding and review process
· Working with Project Managers, Vendors and Management to streamline and/or automate onboarding processes, meet new regulations, to reduce client onboarding turnaround time, and improve experience
· Servicing existing clients, managing their account requests and applications for new exchanges/products
Key Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin (including written Chinese) preferred
· Experience with corporate KYC due diligence requirements and onboarding
· Able to work well within a team as well as independently
· Responsible with good time management skills
· 1-2 years of practical experience with relevant academic qualifications (Diploma or Degree)
