As a swimming instructor with us, you will be responsible for leading engaging and informative swimming lessons. Your primary duties will include teaching fundamental swimming techniques such as freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly, as well as diving and lifesaving skills. You will have the chance to work with diverse groups, from children just learning to adults seeking stroke refinement and competitive edge.
Beyond technical expertise, we value instructors who can effectively communicate and connect with students. You will need to demonstrate clear instructional abilities, patience, and the capacity to tailor your teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. Building rapport with students and fostering a positive learning atmosphere will be key to your success.
Safety is our utmost priority. We require our instructors to maintain a vigilant watch over participants, enforce pool rules, and ensure all activities adhere to established safety guidelines. Certification in CPR and first aid is essential, reflecting our commitment to maintaining a secure environment for everyone.
