As the site supervisor, it's your job to both assess and manage safety hazards in the workplace. Responsibilities may also include managing and instructing the site workers, setting goals for the team, and seeing projects through to completion.Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities. Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. Plans, monitors, and appraises job results. And managing staff and overseeing projects, to maintaining safety protocols and implementing site procedures.To have effective communication.The purpose is to discuss workload, support workers wellbeing and to promote staff development.
