Business: Office space rental agency in Singapore + residential leasing (future planning)
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, property agents, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Able to do sales and bring in lead
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to expand our client base and enhance market penetration.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in commercial real estate or related industries.
- KEO license is a must
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of the Singapore office rental market and industry trends is advantageous.
