As an Executive Assistant/Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Managing Director with administrative tasks and providing robust reporting and summarization of financial and operational data. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in organizing information and communicating effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up action items.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and personal errands as needed.
- Compile and summarize financial reports, market data, and operational metrics.
- Create presentations and dashboards to effectively communicate key information.
- Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency in reporting, summarizing complex information, and creating presentations.
- Proficient in writing, reading, and speaking
- Experience in reporting, data analysis, or administrative support roles.
