Front-of-House Management:
- Welcome visitors and offer refreshments.
- Operate Teams Call and direct caller inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness of reception area, break-out spaces, and meeting rooms.
- Assist with meeting room bookings and setup.
Facilities Management – Services & Maintenance:
- Responsible for tenancy services, including security access passes and plant hire.
- Manage recycling, mail, and stationery.
- Oversee office maintenance and contractor relationships.
- Assist with office upgrades and weekly walk-throughs.
Travel Arrangement and Expense Claims:
- Handle travel arrangements and expense claims.
General:
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as approved by your manager.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
