Front-of-House Management:

  • Welcome visitors and offer refreshments.
  • Operate Teams Call and direct caller inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness of reception area, break-out spaces, and meeting rooms.
  • Assist with meeting room bookings and setup.

Facilities Management – Services & Maintenance:

  • Responsible for tenancy services, including security access passes and plant hire.
  • Manage recycling, mail, and stationery.
  • Oversee office maintenance and contractor relationships.
  • Assist with office upgrades and weekly walk-throughs.

Travel Arrangement and Expense Claims:

  • Handle travel arrangements and expense claims.

General:

  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as approved by your manager.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
