1. Handles proactive and preventative maintenance works to the building facilities/ system/
equipment (Example: telephone system, goods hoist lifts system, passenger lifts system, car lift,
dumbwaiter, ACMV system, fire protection system, sanitary & plumbing system etc.). To ensure
that all systems are in good functioning condition. If any repair or replacement are required,
source for quotations and coordinate with the various stakeholders for the work to be carried out.

Duties & responsibilities:
· Responsible for the quality of service and repair work carried out by his team.
· Responsible for conducting both in-progress and final quality check of vehicles.
· Responsible for the accuracy of technicians’ workshop time recording.
· Responsible for on-the-job training of apprentices / technician.
· Responsible for supporting Service Advisor on test drive and service related matters.
· Responsible for the use, maintenance and proper condition of tools and workshop
facilities.
· Responsible for safety, good order and tidiness in the workshop and the discipline of
staff under his care.
