Our client, a Global MNC, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a HRIS Specialist (Associate).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and oversee the implementation and management of HR information systems (HRIS), including the rollout of future modules.
- Understand SuccessFactors configurations to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day communication with the partner for SuccessFactors.
- Prepare and maintain updated SuccessFactors blueprint documentation across the organization, ensuring consistent technical standards and proper audit change documentation, including Role-Based Permission (RBP) setup.
- Proactively identify system enhancement opportunities, stay updated on SuccessFactors updates and new features, and make recommendations for continuous improvement to support HR and business objectives.
- Ensure HRIS aligns with best practice business process design.
- Conduct workshops to determine local requirements when needed.
- Translate business requirements into SuccessFactors HRIS designs and configurations.
- Ensure cyber security and data governance comply with legal requirements and maintain data integrity.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Management and relevant fields
- 2-3 years of relevant HRIS experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint; Microsoft Access skills would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in system configuration, customizing workflows, data fields, permissions
