Roles & Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the team to conceptualize and manage events marketing using both traditional and new media channels
- Manage client relationships pre-event, during and post-event.
- Coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, vendor management, and scheduling.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal and external event planning committees and client groups to define event goals, objectives and specific implementation plans that promote the organizations brand.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using insights to optimize future strategies.
- Coordinate the activities of personnel, subcontractors and vendors as required to successfully execute all aspects of the event on the scheduled delivery day.
Qualification & Requirement:
- Min of 2-3 years event management experience
- A dedicated and hardworking team player with excellent interpersonal skills, responsible and resilient
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
