Job Duties:
- 6 months contract (up to $3700)
- Support project to ensure prompt delivery and implementation with quality
- Participate in discussions with relevant stakeholders and propose solutions that will meet business objectives
- Document solutions and business rules into Business Requirement
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team leads so that the agreed project timeline will not be impacted
- Translate business requirements into test scenarios and conditions for user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Execution of UAT and updating of results with proper documentation
- Track and monitor outstanding defects and work with IT to resolve any tickets promptly within timeline
- Prepare training guides & train relevant stakeholders
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in financial industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
