Responsibilities
1. Prepare financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
2. Develop, maintain and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
3. Prepare and maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
4. Update and monitor production costing and stock discrepancy
5. Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies.
6. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely collection and payments.
7. Prepare and submit GST filing.
8. Handle staff claim and support HR functions
9. Provide administrative support to the Directors.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Expertise in financial and accounting software programs, such as Autocount and Microsoft Exc
. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
