• Support HR Manager and Cluster Heads in outdoor recruitment, onboarding, retention, and resignation
• Work with HR Department in consolidating relevant documents for hiring of new joiners
• Preparation / Set up and attend of job fairs
• Implementation of initiatives in attracting potential candidates
• Attend to employee requests pertaining to human resources policy and project sites feedback.
• Actively conduct employees' engagement and retention
• Prepare reports on recruitment and retention
• Achieve monthly recruitment requirement target set
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the HR Manager
Requirements
• Conversant in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Proactive and Independent
• Able to Multi-Task, high degree of adaptability & thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Only Singaporean need to apply
