- Support the IT help desk services to ensure services are delivered to meet business needs and expectations, within SLA standards.
- Install and configure hardware and software applications and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure their smooth functioning and perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Requirements:
- ITIL Certification
- Diploma in Computer Science and above.
- At least 5 years of MIS experience with Windows Servers, Active Directory, Router, and Network Switches.
