Key Responsibilities:
Junior Administrative Role reporting to Operation Manager.


Scope:

  • Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback for process improvements.
  • Documentation: Document and maintain digital processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of digital processes, making adjustments as needed to achieve continuous improvement.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, managing documentation, data and records, consolidating reports and etc.


Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative tasks
  • Proven ability to adapt and acquire new skills quickly for digitlised workflows, willing to self learn where lacking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools and technologies is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
