- Our Client is an established FMCG and US MNC company
- Order Management - Order to Cash (Korea Market)
- Up to $4600 (Based on experience)
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
- Working Location: Biopolis Street, Singapore

The Talent
- Degree/Diploma with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in order management, supply chain or logistics.
- Ability to speak, read and write business Korean language to support Korea market operations and communicate with Korea counterpart
- Experience in data reporting and data analysis
- Prior experience in FMCG industry, logistics, order management or any related field
- Excellent in communication and coordination skills
- Available to start immediate
The Job
- Manage daily operations for the Order to Cash process
- Handle customers for any requests and enquiries on their orders
- Collaborate with back-end operations team and physical distribution teams to ensure orders are processed
- Handle non-quality, rejections, returns and shortages
- Analyze customer order data
- Credit control communication process
- Other duties assigned
