  2. Maintenance and Repairs:
    • Ensure proper maintenance and repairs.

    • Maintain records of work performed.
  3. Inventory Management:
    • Manage parts and supplies inventory.
    • Order necessary parts.
  4. Safety and Compliance:
    • Enforce safety regulations.
    • Conduct safety training.
  5. Customer Service:
    • Interact with customers.
    • Resolve complaints.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Experience as a mechanic/technician.
    • Supervisors experience preferred.
  2. Skills:
    • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
    • Leadership and communication abilities.
    • Organizational and problem-solving skills.
  3. Certifications:
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., ASE for automotive mechanics) preferred.
