Key Responsibilities
Inventory and Order Management
- Forecasting and Inventory: Compile routine order forecasts, manage safety stock, and oversee inventory.
- Order Processing: Issue purchase orders, manage goods receiving, and track production progress.
- Delivery Coordination: Plan and coordinate deliveries, process picklists, and manage dispatch documentation.
- Sales Forecasting: Handle sales and demand forecasting.
Supplier and Production Coordination
- Supplier Management: Source materials, negotiate with suppliers, and onboard new suppliers.
- Cost Reduction: Drive initiatives to reduce costs.
- Production Oversight: Oversee light repairs, local assembly, and pre-shipment packaging.
- Shipping Coordination: Manage local and overseas shipping, including documentation and quality control.
Customer Relations and Service
- Order Processing: Swiftly process and acknowledge customer orders.
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries, onboard customers, and set up products in our ERP system.
- Feedback Management: Address customer feedback, complaints, and warranty/repair requests.
Financial and Administrative Coordination
- Financial Coordination: Work with finance and customers on accounts receivable, invoice matching, and manual invoicing.
- Order Execution: Coordinate with engineers to ensure order instructions are executed.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage the Singapore office site and handle reporting related to shipping, delivery performance, and inventory.
- Team Management: Lead a team of two, driving performance and managing expenses.
