Responsibilities
- In charge full spectrum of HR functions
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote a positive workplace culture
- Leading the annual performance management cycle and fostering an open feedback culture
- Building and leading a high-performing HR functions to ensure a talent pipeline for business growth
- Developing succession and reward strategies to retain top talent and reduce attrition
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Streamlining HR processes and policies, maintaining accurate records, and leveraging data analytics for informed decision-making
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management, HR Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a fast-paced and dynamic organization
- Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills
- Strong supervisory skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High professional ethics and integrity
- Team player with sound judgment and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
