Customer Service Officer responsibilities include responding to customer service inquiries, finding appropriate solutions, and updating customer accounts or services.
Responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact for our clients/guests, candidate act as the fitness club gatekeeper.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling with an enthusiastic attitude.
- Work well with fellow customer service officers and Front of House Manager to ensure exceptionally high standard of service is being delivered.
- To handle cashing duties and account for transactions.
- Create and maintain good and friendly customer relations with members and guests.
- Issuance and recording of equipment and items loaned to members and guests.
- Ensure that the lounge and private room is ready for use when booked and closed after members have vacated the premise.
- Get members to register for upcoming events / competitions.
- Oversee and manage the corporate events at the Karaoke Lounge.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Night shift 5PM-3AM
