Senior Manager (General Affairs, Construction Industry, Japanese speaking)
Our client, one of the largest construction companies in Japan, has been looking for a Senior Manager who can assist the Singapore Branch in all the corporate functions.
Job Description:
General affairs
- Launch new businesses not only Singapore but also other sites
- Manage and supervise local staff
- Establish construction site offices and dormitories for staff
- Support establishing relationship with neighborhood countries
- Attend and ceremonies and respond to public relations
- Other ad-hoc duties if needed
Marketing
- Conduct market researches for potential countries and projects
Bidding
- Responsible for bidding activities for future projects
Accounting
- Handle budget creation and performance management for site management expenses
- Support accounting settlements
- Confirm construction contract details
- Manage payment of construction costs and other expenses settlement jobs
Job Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of managing staff
- Experience in the same industry is a great advantage
- Willing to independently handle a wide range of tasks such as general affairs, human resources and labor affairs, accounting, legal affairs, etc. and business travels
- Business level of Japanese language ability to communicate with their HQ in Japan
