Our client is a global MNC in real estate and investment management. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Senior Client Relations Executive to be part of their Property Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Duties of Senior Client Relations Executive:
- Prepare weekly/monthly meeting documents and organize social events and meetings.
- Address tenant concerns and queries, maintain regular communication, and conduct tenant surveys.
- Resolve tenant complaints and disputes, maintaining accurate records of issues and resolutions.
- Implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention, organizing tenant programs and events.
- Collaborate with the operations team for prompt maintenance and repairs, and lead the concierge team.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to improve tenant satisfaction.
- Prepare monthly performance reports, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts, managing accounts payable.
- Achieve KPIs and target deliverables, maintain professionalism, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with rules and regulations and meet standards and audit requirements.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and foster a positive tenant community.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in related field
- Relevant experience in Commercial Buildings settings.
- Comfortable to work 5.5 days
